An Accredited Dental Practice

At High Street Dental, we are proud to be fully accredited under the National Safety and Quality Primary and Community Healthcare Standards (NSQPCHS). This accreditation, assessed by QIP (Quality Innovation Performance) —an approved agency under the Australian Health Service Safety and Quality Accreditation (AHSSQA) Scheme—demonstrates our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred dental care.

What Are the NSQPCH Standards?

Launched by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care, the NSQPCH Standards provide a nationally consistent framework to ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality health services in primary and community settings, including dental practices. These standards focus on three key areas:

  • Clinical Governance: Establishing robust systems to maintain and improve the safety and quality of care.
  • Partnering with Consumers: Engaging patients in their care and decision-making processes.
  • Clinical Safety: Implementing measures to prevent and manage clinical risks, including infection control and medication safety.

Why This Matters

Our accreditation under the NSQPCH Standards reflects our dedication to continuous improvement and excellence in dental care. It assures our patients that we adhere to nationally recognised safety and quality benchmarks, fostering trust and confidence in the services we provide.
